She worked as an administrative assistant during her on-the-job-training, where she was tasked with handling and filing documents for one of the government offices in the country. This role developed her relational and communications skills.

Stella was also a customer service representative for some of the biggest call centers in the city. She handled customers’ inquiries and disputes. She also dealt with customer subscriptions and account maintenance. This role developed her communication, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

She also worked as a data analyst for a health care account in a different call center. She was responsible for receiving application forms and encoding them into the system used by the company. This role enhanced her organisational skills and her eye for detail.
