    • Handling work orders, quote requests, and follow-ups, including managing canceled or accepted quote requests.
    • Registering customer details in the system, facilitating payments over the phone, and updating customer records, including both real estate agents and private clients.
    • Addressing specific customer enquiries, such as bathroom queries and warranty jobs, ensuring all customer interactions are timely and effective.
  2. Email and Communication Handling:
    • Managing emails, including forwarding, flagging, and replying to specific ones related to real estate or private clients.
    • Being responsible for after-hours communication, ensuring no request goes unanswered.
    • Maintaining continuous communication with dormant and new real estate agents.
  3. Documentation and Data Management:
    • Overseeing and updating various financial and operational documents such as spreadsheets for aged receivables, warranty works, bathroom deposits, and job reconciliations.
    • Generating and revising quotes.
    • Handling expired quotes that require updating or re-approval.
    • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date for auditing and operational efficiency.
  4. System and Process Optimisation:
    • Utilising Xero and other applications to enhance workflow efficiency.
    • Reviewing and updating processes such as switching from quote requests to work orders.
    • Checking for unbilled warranty work orders to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
