   • Looking up business or company numbers of customers, employers, or businesses.
3. Financial Assessment and Processing:
   • Calculating the incomes of customers for servicing.
   • Drafting applications for mortgage broking services.
4. Property and Market Analysis:
   • Ordering valuations or property reports for customer properties.
   • Creating marketing materials, such as tiles for Instagram, to promote the mortgage broking services.
