Bernadeth, also known as Badet, is organised and detail-oriented. She is also a quick learner. She has over 6 years of work experience, mainly in the customer service industry. She has a great command of the English language, both in written and spoken form.

With customer service, she’s been with several accounts or lines of businesses for American companies — voice-to-text or voicemail transcription, floral wire service, telecommunications, and loan originating. Her most recent stint was with a US-based client in the real estate industry doing cold-calling, with a bit of administrative work.

Over time and with her various levels of support via phone, chat, and email, she was able to develop not only her communication and soft skills, but also her probing, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities. She also honed her eye for detail, time-management, and organisational skills. She became highly trainable and adaptable, as she moved from one role to another.

More importantly, she learned to work independently, but also contributed well with a team. She has built and maintained good working relationships, even in the fast-paced and dynamic working environment she’s in.
