ABOUT GRACE
We are thrilled to introduce Grace as a new member of our AffordableStaff team. Grace has completed her training with us. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and brings with her a wealth of experience from the hospitality and real estate industries. Her personal interests include reading books, going out with friends, riding her motorcycle, and watching movies, reflecting her well-rounded personality and approachable nature.
Onboarding Training and Assessment
During her onboarding and assessment period, Grace demonstrated exceptional learning ability and responsiveness to feedback. She continuously sought to improve her performance, showcasing her commitment and positive disposition. Grace’s hands-on training experience included monitoring overdue and not-yet-due invoices, daily follow-ups with overdue invoices, sending invoice reminders, generating invoices and payment links, cancelling invoices, and answering billing inquiries via Aircall and Front. This experience further honed her skills and readiness for her role.
AffordableStaff Tools Training
Tools Training is a crucial part of our General Admin program, ensuring team members gain proficiency in essential software used daily. Grace was introduced to LastPass for password management, Outlook for email and calendar organisation, TechSmith for capturing and recording, Hubstaff for time tracking, Zoom and Teams for virtual communication, OneDrive for file management, and Trello for project management.
Each session combines theoretical instruction with practical activities, allowing Grace to immediately apply her learnings. She is now adept at securely managing passwords, organising emails, capturing and sharing visual content, tracking productivity, managing virtual meetings, handling cloud storage, and managing projects.
Additionally, time permitting, Grace and all team members receive an overview of property management tools like Property Tree, Property Me, Console, DocHub, FileSmart, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, Console Gateway, 1Form, Inspection Manager, REST Professional, Palace, Maintenance Manager, Realworks, CoreLogic, Slack, Aircall, Front, Xero, Zoura, Chargebee, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.
This comprehensive approach equips team members with a broad understanding of industry-based systems and tools, helping them become job-ready and better prepared to learn the specific tools and processes for their roles.
Additional Tools Proficiency
In addition to her primary tools training, Grace has practical experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Forms, and Canva. Although she has limited experience with Adobe Photoshop, her willingness to learn and adapt makes her a versatile and valuable team member.
