Cassandra is intelligent, polite, and engaging. She is fairly new to the workforce with less than a year of the internship experience. She has good English communication skills in both written and spoken forms.

While in uni, she took her first internship in a facility designed to provide intensive treatment in a residential setting for the rehabilitation of children in conflict with the law. She assisted in conducting group sessions, activities, and exit interviews with the children. She also established relationships with the clients and helped with the rest of the concerns.

In her next internship, she was with her university’s student development and placement center. She assisted in facilitating group sessions with freshies, conducting ability tests, and interpreting test scores.

In her latest internship experience, she interviewed psychology professionals and university employees. She also interviewed teachers, guidance counselors, and psychologists regarding their professional experiences and produced narratives, job descriptions, and job analyses.

Her internship experience developed her multitasking skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities. She has also honed her interpersonal and active listening skills. Cassandra may be young and green, but she is smart and enthusiastic about learning. She will make a great addition to any team as an admin assistant.
