Affordable Staff Tools Training

Proficiency with tools is a critical component of the General Admin training program. He developed expertise in essential software, including LastPass for password management, Outlook for email and calendar organisation, TechSmith for content creation, Hubstaff for time tracking, Zoom and Teams for communication, OneDrive for cloud storage, and Trello for project management.

Training sessions combined theoretical learning with hands-on practice, enabling him to apply his knowledge in real-world scenarios. He mastered secure password handling, email organisation, visual content creation, time tracking, virtual meeting facilitation, file management, and task coordination.

Additionally, time permitting, he gained exposure to property management tools such as Property Tree, Property Me, Console, DocHub, FileSmart, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, Console Gateway, 1Form, Inspection Manager, REST Professional, Palace, Maintenance Manager, Realworks, and CoreLogic. This comprehensive training ensures he is well-prepared to utilise industry tools effectively and enhance productivity.

Additional Skills and Notable Experience

His academic background is complemented by hands-on experience managing his family’s business finances, which helped him develop strong bookkeeping abilities. He has also worked as a data encoder at a city registrar and as an intern at a finance corporation, further broadening his knowledge in financial management.
