Joanne is confident, consistent, and smart. She has less than a year of work experience, but has a good command of the English language in written and spoken forms.

Being an active student, she joined numerous organisations back in her uni days. Her involvements were not just academic in nature. She was also involved in civic and religious organisations. She was a consistent academic awardee and has coordinated and spearheaded a number of activities for the youth.

Joanne’s only work experience stemmed from her on-the-job training for two different industries. She started her training at one of the largest computer servicing centers in the city. She assisted the team in assembling personal computers. She was assigned to set up new laptops and personal computers for new users. She worked with the marketing team on digital promotions and other materials. She also performed a basic inventory of the new and old stocks.

She then spent the remaining months of her training at one of the call centers in the city as part of the recruitment team. She was responsible for accepting applicants. She assisted the HR team in conducting tests and mock calls. She gave instructions and informed applicants of the status of their applications. She also taught and oversaw new trainees like her.

Joanne may be a bit green in terms of her work experience but she has proven herself to be capable and efficient in completing her tasks. She is analytical, organised, a multitasker, and a problem solver, who works well with a team. She has a keen eye for detail. She would make a great addition to any team as an admin assistant.
