She also assisted them with their hotel reservations, room modifications, special requests, and cancellations.

In her next call center company, she was under a local travel account. She assisted her clients with their queries and concerns regarding their flights. She helped them in booking flights, rebooking, and cancellations.

Her experience in the call center honed her active listening, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Moreover, she has also developed her multitasking skills and time management abilities.
