Salvacion goes by the name Salve and is quiet, observant, and determined. She has over 6 years of work experience in various industries. She has a good command of the English language in both written and spoken forms.

In her lengthy work experience, she had assumed different roles and the first was as a customer service representative. She processed top-up or recharging call air time minutes for their customers. She lodged complaints about different issues. After some time, she was upskilled and trained to be a technical support representative for the same account. In this, she assisted customers with issues of not being able to send or receive text messages and calls.

Salve also became a billing team leader for 2 different companies. She was assigned to an electricity and gas account. Here, she was answering inquiries about customers’ utility bills. She performed some admin tasks, such as invoicing and generating bills. She validated the invoices and sent them through email or post to their customers. She handled escalated issues too.

Salve’s various roles made her adept at handling different situations and clients. It enhanced her communication, organisational, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. She has a keen eye for detail and works well with a team. She would be a great addition to any team as an admin assistant.
