Vince has been an essential member of the Affordable Staff team within the mortgage broking space since July 2023. In his role, he takes on a range of responsibilities that contribute to the efficient functioning of our mortgage broking operations. His tasks involve:

1. Data Entry and Analysis:
   • Entering applicants’ data accurately into different systems.
   • Calculating applicants’ serviceability and determining their maximum borrowing capacity based on provided details.
2. Document Management:
   • Sorting and organising documents such as transaction statements, bank statements, and various personal documents into their respective folders.
3. Property Valuation Support:
   • Conducting property value searches and ordering valuation reports to assist in client assessments.
4. Email Management and Reporting:
   • Gathering past and incoming Investment and Strategy Forms from emails and registering their information into MailChimp for streamlined communication.
   • Compiling summary reports for each email from the previous day’s correspondence.
