Germaine is intelligent, mature, and attentive. She is fairly new to the workforce with 5 months of work experience in various fields while she was still in school. She has good written and verbal English communication skills.

While in uni, she took an internship at a semiconductor company. She represented the company and created a game for an exhibit. Together with her peers, they developed a game similar to Dance Dance Revolution. The difference was they first had to take the height, weight, and pulse rate to check how healthy the player was before, during, and after the game.

She also took a seasonal job at a call center under a US-based retail account during the summer break of her last year in uni. She catered to all her customers’ queries and concerns. She also assisted them in placing their orders, gave her recommendations, and processed their payment. She also helped them with returns, refunds, and cancellations of their products.

With her short experiences, she honed her active listening, multitasking skills, and time management abilities. Germaine is independent and self-reliant. She will make a great addition to your team as an admin assistant.
